The next generation of image-guided navigation is now helping doctors in Connecticut with delicate spinal surgeries.
Spine Surgeon, and Co-Director of CT Orthopaedic Institute Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Dr. Gerard Girasole, says that the 7D technology is being used at St. Vincent's Medical Center - making it one of the first hospitals in the state to use it.
He says it doesn't use radiation and is precise and timely.
