Police ID bicyclist killed in Yorktown crash, say driver had right of way

The 21-year-old driver was on her way to the train station when the crash occurred.

The bicyclist killed in a crash in Yorktown has been identified as 44-year-old Jeremy Solomon, of Irvington.

The crash happened Thursday morning along Route 134 near McDonald Road.

Police say Solomon was hit by a car and died at the scene.

The 21-year-old driver was on her way to the train station when the crash occurred.

After reviewing video of the incident, police say the driver had the right of way.
