Wicked weather knocked out power in numerous Hudson Valley neighborhoods overnight.
On Washington Avenue North in North White Plains, Con Edison crews had to be called out after about 140 customers lost power.
In Yonkers, storms brought down a big tree on Brandon Road. Within hours, Con Edison crews were able move around the tree and fix the lines so the neighborhood electricity could be restored. This morning, DPW crews began taking the tree apart branch by branch and say they will most likely remove the whole thing.
Areas in New Windsor also experienced outages, but power has since been restored there as well.
