A Somers man has admitted to sharing videos of child sexual abuse, according to prosecutors.
The Westchester County district attorney says 34-year-old Andrew Giannetta plead guilty on Tuesday.
The DA says he shared videos of kids engaging in sexual conduct on a social media app.
The incidents happened between January of 2021 and November of 2023.
Giannetta is set to be sentenced in April.
