Police say a Long Island man wanted in connection to a shooting near Penn Station is in custody after walking into a Bronx hospital.
Witnesses inside the hospital say Vincent Arcona walked into the emergency room at Bronx Lebenon Hospital, and staff members quickly alerted the police. Detectives were seen going into and out of the hospital around 6:30 a.m. They blocked off a section of Mount Eden Parkway and Sheridan Avenue during their investigation.
Police announced Tuesday they were looking for Arcona to question him in the shooting outside Penn Station. They are also looking for two other unidentified suspects, including one man who was captured on surveillance.
According to police, an argument in a McDonald's led to the shooting. One man was shot in the neck and died. Two others were rushed to the hospital.
