Lawyers for a Bronx teen who went through a glass window during an arrest last month say they'll soon see video of the incident.
According to 14-year-old Javier Payne's attorneys, a judge ruled during a hearing Thursday that the NYPD must turn over surveillance video of the incident after the criminal investigation is complete.
Payne claims he was shoved through the window of an Arthur Avenue store back on May 17.
However, officers say the teen pulled away while they were trying to arrest him and accidentally fell.
