A Kingston man has been arrested after robbing a Hudson Valley bank, according to police.
Authorities say Saeed Vahedi robbed Rondout Savings Bank at 300 Broadway in Kingston on Tuesday.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found the 66-year-old standing in the bank parking lot.
He was taken into custody. Officials say he didn't display or threaten the use of weapon, and no one was hurt.
The stolen money was recovered.
Court records show that Vahedi was arrested in February for making a threat against the HealthAlliance hospital system, and was also previously in prison for sale of a controlled substance and robbery.
