Friends, family mourn Port Chester teens killed in car crash
The friends and families of two teens killed in a horrific car crash on the Cross Country Parkway Friday night are in mourning. Family members say 18-year-old Kevin Rodriguez and 17-year-old Kemroy Issacs were the best of friends. Neighbors say the two teens would spend hours hanging out together on Oak Street in Port Chester. Christian Rodriguez says he is broken-hearted over the death of his brother. Kemroy Isaacs?s mother says this is like a nightmare that she can?t wake up from. Police say the other three teens in the car survived the crash. Officials are waiting for toxicology results to see if alcohol or drugs were factors in the accident. Related Information:
