A Bronx man has been arrested in the hit-and-run death of a Yonkers teenager.
Richard Alvarez, 28, is accused of slamming into Quejuan Rivera, 19, as he rode his motorcycle in the Bronx on Friday.
The 19-year-old died from his injuries two days later.
