Yonkers nurse sentenced for sexual assault
A Yonkers man will spend the next six months behind bars for sexually assaulting a dementia patient.
Nanic Aidasani, 42, took a plea deal Wednesday after he admitted to assaulting a 64-year-old woman at the nursing home where he worked.
The victim was a patient at the Manhattanville Health Center in the Bronx last year.
Aidasani was stripped of his nursing license, and he will be required to register as a sex offender.
