What's Cooking: Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace's spring quiche

Chef Giovanni Farruggio, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make spring quiche.
1 bunch Asparagus (thinly sliced)
1 cup green peas
1 cup crumbled goat cheese.
2 cups shredded cheddar.
½ cup pecorino
3ea. Eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 9-inch pie shell (par-baked)
In a bowl, add eggs, cream, pecorino and mix until all are incorporated.
Add the asparagus, peas, cheddar and mix until all are incorporated.
Fold in the crumbled goat cheese then place contents of the bowl into the pie shell.
Cook at 325 deg. For 20-25 min.
