Water service has been restored for dozens of residents in Rockland County following a water main break early Saturday morning.
The water main break was reported around 2 a.m., leaving about 80 homes without water for several hours.
The break had shut down Saddle River Road in Monsey in both directions between Miele Road and Old Nyack Turnpike. All lanes have since reopened.
Officials say it is unclear what caused the rupture. As of tonight, the town says there is no boil water advisory.
