Ross Blakely, 53, was charged in the shooting that killed 62-year-old Andres Valenzuela.

A Virginia man pleaded guilty Thursday to the murder of a New Rochelle cab driver.
Ross Blakely, 53, was charged in an October 2021 deadly shooting.
Andres Valenzuela, 62, was finishing his shift when he was shot in the parking lot of Juliano's Caterers in New Rochelle.
Ross was arrested a few days later following a shootout in Brooklyn.
He faces federal charges in that case.
Ross will be sentenced in April.
