A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday morning in the town of Southeast.
The incident occurred outside the Putnam County Savings Bank on Route 6. Sheriff Donald Smith, of the Putnam County Sheriff's Department, says the victim was walking across the parking lot when a vehicle backed out, hit her and then rolled over her.
