Some Hudson Valley schools announce closures, delays on Wednesday due to bad weather

Several schools across the Hudson Valley announced they will be closed Wednesday because of the weather, including in Newburgh. 
Regents exams scheduled at Newburgh Free Academy will be canceled and not rescheduled - there's another chance to take them in June.
The district says to use the day to read a good book.
