State police say the accident occurred around 8 a.m. in the vicinity of Exit 8 northbound in West Nyack. There were reportedly three people inside the vehicle.
Chopper 12 footage showed the vehicle lying on its side off the roadway. All lanes on the parkway have since reopened.
There is no information available yet regarding any injuries.
