It's the end of an era for diners in Port Chester.
After 40 years of working the grill at "Vinny's Luncheonette" on North Main Street in Port Chester, owner Vincent Delio is hanging up his apron.
Delio says he's ready to pass off the business to some of his colleagues who have been serving up the same old-fashioned food for years. "First of all, I don't like the word retirement. What I'm retiring is from working 80 hours a week," says Delio.
Delio says that although he will be sitting on the other side of the counter now, the name will stay the same, the menu won't be changing, and customers will still be treated like family. "This is family food right here. I grew up here, my father grew up here, his father," says customer Angelo Sposta.
