A Rockland County man has been indicted for allegedly sexually abusing and raping a 7-year-old girl.
Authorities say Ottoniel Gomez-Martinez, 42, of Ramapo was indicted on charges including predatory sexual assault against a child and rape.
The Rockland D.A.'s Office says the incident occurred on Feb. 2nd in the defendant's home.
If convicted on the top count, Gomez-Martinez faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
