State police: Former Monroe-Woodbury substitute teacher accused of child sex abuse

A former substitute teacher for Monroe-Woodbury High School is facing charges for child sex abuse.

State police say 25-year-old Joshua Decoteau inappropriately touched two children.

He and the victims both attended the Journey Church in Harriman, according to authorities.

Decoteau is being held at the Orange County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court July 16.
