Police are still on the hunt for a killer in a deadly hit-and-run that took the life of a Yonkers woman over the weekend.
Surveillance video captured the incident Saturday evening at the intersection of Warburton Avenue and Babcock Place.
A driver sat in a parked car for more than an hour and then accelerated forward as Glynis Pinto crossed in front of it, throwing her up onto the hood. Out of camera range, Pinto is thrown from the car and run over. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Family members tell News 12 that Pinto's funeral service will be held Friday in Mount Vernon.
