A Newburgh man was fatally stabbed in broad daylight on Friday, investigators say.
Detectives say they were driving in the area of Broadway and Robinson avenues when they saw 42-year-old Arthur Thomas stabbing another man.
Thomas dropped the knife after detectives got out of the car and commanded him to several times.
The victim, Felix Alduen-Durand was stabbed several times in the torso and taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Thomas is now facing murder charges.
