A former Valhalla pet store owner is facing 134 new counts of animal cruelty in New Jersey.
Officials say Vincent Losacco left more than 60 puppies unattended in cages inside a van near one of his pet stores in Paramus.
Several puppies were covered in feces and many of them did not have adequate access to food or water.
LoSacco closed his pet store in Valhalla earlier this year after the state declined to renew his license.
