Parents and teachers rallied behind the Briarcliff boys baseball team after a banner calling for the coaches’ firing flew over their last game.

A plane with a banner attached flew over a game that read “Fire Coaches Schrader and Kowalcyck” on Monday.

The owner of Long Island-based company Fly Signs Aerial Advertising tells News 12 that parents paid over $1,200 for the original outfield flyover.

The Briarcliff Bears took on Putnam Valley in Round 2 of playoff varsity baseball Wednesday, and as the team got ready for a third inning, another plane flew over the game. 

This banner had a message that said “Let’s Go Briarcliff” with a Twitter handle at the end that belonged to the superintendent.
