Orange County drug trafficker gets decadeslong sentence

A man convicted of trafficking guns into New York will spend 13 years in prison.

The Orange County District Attorney's Office says 23-year-old Dijoun Lawrence supplied firearms from Georgia to New York as part of an illegal gun trafficking operation.

Authorities say the investigation led to the recovery of 55 illegal weapons.

Lawrence was sentenced to 13 years in state prison.
