Divers went back into the Hudson River Tuesday in an attempt to recover the third crew member who died in a tugboat crash on the Hudson River Saturday.
News 12 is told police are waiting for a specialized piece of equipment to arrive from Virginia to help raise the boat from the water and recover the body of 56-year-old Harry Hernandez.
"Mr. Hernandez is entangled in a heavily damaged area in the front of the vessel near the point of impact where the tugboat struck the barge," says Westchester County Police Commissioner George Longworth.
Crews are hoping weather conditions will improve and say visibility underwater is poor.
The bodies of two crew members, Capt. Paul Amon, 62, of New Jersey, and 29-year-old Tim Conklin, of Westbury, Long Island, were pulled from the Hudson River. The Medical Examiner's Office says both crew members drowned.
