Positive
COVID-19 tests are impacting schools across the Hudson Valley.
A person at Woodlands Middle High School in Greenburgh has
tested positive for coronavirus, and was at the school while infectious,
according to a letter from the superintendent. Those who may have been in
contact with the person were already contacted. As a result, Woodlands Middle
High School will move to fully remote learning until Monday,
Nov. 16.
Byram Hills High School is reporting its eighth positive
COVID-19 case. School officials are linking the outbreak to a social
gathering among high school students last weekend. 128 students and 20 staff
members are now in quarantine. The school in Armonk will continue remote
learning until Thursday, Nov. 12.
