Poughkeepsie man accused of lewd act near school faces multiple charges
Delroy McPherson, 65, was seen urinating on the sidewalk just before 2:30 p.m. Thursday outside Warring Elementary School on Mansion Street on Poughkeepsie.

A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself in front of a school in Dutchess County.
Delroy McPherson, 65, was seen urinating on the sidewalk just before 2:30 p.m. Thursday outside Warring Elementary School on Mansion Street on Poughkeepsie.
Detectives say they found multiple debit and electronic benefit cards with other people's names on them when they confronted him.
McPherson was arrested and charged with public urination, public lewdness and criminal possession of public benefit cards.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
