New Rochelle Mayor Noam Branson says he's received reports that some businesses outside the city are refusing to serve New Rochelle residents.

He says that if you have been denied a service relating to coronavirus or the containment zone, you can contact the Westchester County Consumer Protection Department.

Large gatherings are still prohibited in the Wykagel area and, except for residents subjected to quarantine, others can come into and leave the area if they want to.

Nursing homes and assisted living facilities are off-limits to visitors.

The first drive-thru testing site for coronavirus on the East Coast has opened at Glen Island Park.

At the recommendation of a doctor, those with an appointment can get swabbed. Their results will come back in one to two days.
