A Dutchess County Santa Claus and Marine veteran is giving back this holiday season in a special way.

Keith O'Hanlon has been dressing up as Santa for the past four years and donating the proceeds of his appearances to help local vets in need.

The 59-year-old from Pleasant Valley served with the Marines as a helicopter technician and flight mechanic.

This year, he raised hundreds of dollars for the Hudson Valley Veteran's Alliance, including $500 given by the Poughkeepsie PBA.
