March For Our Lives events in the Hudson Valley
On March 24, children and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets of Washington DC, and around the country, to demand an end to gun violence and mass shootings in schools. Here is a list of some events taking place around the Hudson Valley.
Rockland County
10 a.m. - Rally on steps of County Courthouse. 1 South Main St., New City.
Middletown/SUNY Orange
10 a.m. - Participants will walk from SUNY Orange to downtown Middletown and congregate at the Skateboard Park for an 11 a.m. rally.
Ardsley, Westchester County
11 a.m. - March will begin at Pascone Park and end at McDowell Field with a rally.
White Plains, Westchester County
1 p.m. - March from Post Road Elementary School to White Plains Public Library, with a rally at 2 p.m.
Rye Neck, Westchester County
2:30 p.m. - March from Rye Neck High School to Florence Park with a rally.
Ossining, Westchester County
12 p.m. - Ossining Rally at Louis Engel Park State at Ossining Waterfront.
