yesterdayAn Orange County man is facing charges for attempting to rob a bank in the Town of Newburgh.
Police say Basil Martusevich was armed with a gun when he entered the Bank of America on Route 300.
Detectives were able to track him down and arrest him Sunday after he fled the scene on Friday.
He's charged with attempted robbery and is being held in Orange County jail.
