The ban on toiletries and liquids on planes has been relaxed in Westchester and throughout the U.S.
Beginning Tuesday morning passengers can now bring travel-sized toiletries on board as long as they are stored in a quart-sized, clear plastic bag. Beverages purchased in the airport's secure zones can also be brought on the plane.
However, many travelers are not satisfied with the changes as they do not understand how the measures will keep them safer. Although passengers can bring some items on the plane, security officials say it is important to arrive early for the security process.
