If you are looking for some free, fun things to do this weekend, News 12 has some good options to check out. 
On Saturday, adults and children can attend story time at Mohegan Lake Barnes & Noble. The event starts at 11 a.m.
To help you get into the Thanksgiving spirit, grab a free Thanksgiving craft at the Port Chester - Rye Brook Library Saturday. Stop by from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Advanced registration is required. 
The American Legion Post is hosting a food drive on Sunday starting at 9 a.m. The St. Patrick's committee is collecting frozen turkeys, frozen chickens and all the non-perishable sides to go with them.
There will be a fundraiser in White Plains to support El Salvador flood victims. The event is at Don Coqui on Mamaroneck Ave starting at 4 p.m. Sunday. It's being hosted by the Salvadorian Group of Yonkers.
Lakeland High School is keeping the Veterans Day celebrations going. Its Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony will start at 2 p.m. at the school in Shrub Oak.
