Crawford police say a person of interest is now in custody for a shooting Wednesday morning in the Town of Crawford.

The incident happened on Route 17-K near Teplitz Court.

Authorities say one person was shot and survived. The victim was taken to hospital. The person of interest is being interviewed by investigators, according to police.
