A construction worker is dead after falling more than 15 feet from a scaffolding in Brewster.
Police say Keith Bonnes, 52, of Cortlandt Manor fell from some scaffold lift on Route 22 on Wednesday.
Bonnes was taken to a hospital where he later died of cardiac arrest.
Officials say his fall appears to be an accident, but OSHA is investigating.
