Supporters of Hillary Clinton in her hometown of Chappaqua are getting themselves ready for her highly anticipated announcement that she will run for president in 2016.
Clinton is expected to officially break the news via Twitter at noon Sunday.
Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, are regulars at Lange's Little Store, a deli on King Street in Chappaqua.
Residents say they're excited about the possible announcement, since it's a long time coming. Others say that she is qualified for the job of president, as shown by her previous government positions.
Sources close to Clinton's team say the former first lady, senator and secretary of state will focus on a more low-key campaign this time around. She previously lost the Democratic spot to President Barack Obama in 2008. The sources say that Clinton will give more time to voters in smaller venues rather than large ones.
Clinton is expected to travel to Iowa Sunday for the first stop on her campaign trail.
