Bronx teen Noel Estevez, 14, accused of murdering fellow student Timothy Crump outside school
A 14-year-old boy from the Bronx is in custody after allegedly stabbing a fellow student to death. Noel Estevez's attorney says the teen was bullied to the point that he did not go to school for months.

A 14-year-old boy from the Bronx is in custody after allegedly stabbing a fellow student to death.
Noel Estevez's attorney says the teen was bullied to the point that he did not go to school for months. Police say 14-year-old Timothy Crump jumped Estevez outside of school on Wednesday over a cellphone.
That's when they say Estevez allegedly stabbed his former friend four or five times.
Dr. Giri Chepura, of St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, says his experience tells him the trouble between the boys must run deep. Chepura is not involved with the case.
Allegations are now surfacing that warning signs that could have protected Estevez were ignored.
The Bronx district attorney is looking to charge Estevez with murder and manslaughter as an adult. The defense hopes to go before a grand jury to determine the charges.
