Many Westchester residents lined up in the morning at polling locations for day two of early voting in the state.
People started lining up hours ahead of the 12 p.m. opening of the polls.
Voters say they're trying to beat the crowd after seeing the lines at the locations Saturday.
"I've been looking forward to this day for a very long time and I just want to know that my very first vote as a U.S. citizen will count, particularly this election, is definitely going to be received and counted. So, I'm not taking any chances," says resident Kirsi Pisso.
Many people on line were seen with folding chairs and snacks, more than ready for what might be a long wait to get inside.
There are seven more days for Westchester voters to cast their ballots at any one of the 17 polling locations in the county.
