Police arrested seven people this week in connection to a terrifying home invasion that took place June 6 in Scarsdale.

According to police, a woman and two men, one armed with a gun, forced their way into the Cushman Road home. Police say a teenage girl and her mother were tied up with duct tape. The husband was escorted at gunpoint to a safe and ordered to open it, say police. The robbers, wearing hooded sweatshirts and black bandanas, fled with $300,000 in jewelry and a credit card.

Police say they were able to track the credit card to the Bronx, and ultimately to the suspects. Investigators say four suspects are from the Bronx, two are from New Rochelle and one is from Long Island. They are all charged with first-degree robbery and burglary and are being held without bail.

Police say one of the suspects had done some work in the neighborhood, but they wouldn't specify. However, they did say the home was definitely targeted. According to police, two of the suspects were affiliated with gangs. Investigators are still looking for four additional individuals possibly involved in the robbery. They are working to recover the stolen property.
