Rahway is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with the return of its annual “No Sin Mi Bocadillo!” food crawl on Sept. 26 and 27.

Hosted by the Rahway Special Improvement District alongside Mayor Raymond A. Giacobbe and the Rahway City Council, the two-day culinary festival invites visitors to sample dishes from Central and South American traditions across the city’s downtown.

Running from 1 to 4 p.m. both days, eight participating restaurants will offer more than 14 featured menu items priced at $10 or less. The grab-and-go tasting format allows guests to walk through Rahway while sampling items such as tacos, pupusas, papas rellenas, sopes de queso and margaritas.

“Food is one of the most meaningful ways we share our culture, traditions and stories with one another,” Mayor Giacobbe said in a statement. “‘No Sin Mi Bocadillo’ celebrates the rich Hispanic heritage that helps shape our community while inviting everyone to come together, support our local restaurants and experience the incredible flavors that make Rahway such a vibrant and welcoming destination.”
