Police are looking for a driver in connection with a hit-and-run in Flatbush.

The incident happened on East 19th Street and Church Avenue just after 4:20 a.m. on Sunday.

A 54-year-old woman was struck by the car and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County by EMS. She is expected to recover.

Residents like Jasmina Srdanovic say it's a chaotic intersection.

"People who drive through here don’t obey the laws," said Srdanovic.

Police say the driver of the car did not stop, shocking neighbors like Alyssa White.

“There’s nonstop traffic as you can see and it’s like this all the time," said White.

Officials say that as of Monday evening, no arrests have been made.
