Yonkers police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting over the summer.
Police say 33-year-old Kenny Hill and a second man were sitting in a car on Morningside Avenue Aug. 25 when a gunman approached the car and fired several shots.
Hill was killed, and the second man was wounded.
Police arrested 29-year-old Dontae Degree Monday in Mount Vernon. The Elmsford man is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting.
There is no word yet on a motive for the shooting, but police officials say they believe the victims were targeted.
