The display, located atop the Government Center garage on New Main Street, was revealed with much fanfare.
Spano emphasized that the LED sign boasts the latest technology, providing vital information to the public about emergencies and other important notifications.
Yonkers-Tron measures an impressive 26 feet by 16 feet, making it a prominent feature in the city's skyline. Officials say the addition of this innovative display is sure to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of downtown Yonkers.
