A Yonkers man accused of trying to capture an upskirt video was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance, according to police.

A video shared by the Yonkers Police Department shows Gueovanni Patterson, 22, placing his phone under a woman's skirt on Nov. 6.

The woman confronted Patterson, who fled the scene. Another bystander assisted her in reporting the incident.

Patterson was positively identified and arrested on Thursday. He faces felony charges and is being held on bail pending his court appearance.
