A Yonkers man is facing charges that he killed his neighbor earlier this year.
Investigators say Karmel Mills attacked his upstairs neighbor inside their Ravine Avenue building in January.
The victim died from his injuries a month later.
Mills is charged with murder and burglary for allegedly breaking into his neighbor's apartment to attack him.
