The city of Yonkers held its 60th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Saturday.
The procession down McLean Avenue was led by Grand Marshal Timothy Rooney Jr. and local officials including Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino.
Tens of thousands of onlookers lined the parade route, filling the streets of the county's largest city.
Last year marked the first time that Yonkers had one St. Patrick's Day parade instead of two. Previously, the McLean Avenue Merchant's Association hosted its own parade along with the city's official one.
