An woman is lucky to be alive after she smashed her car into her doctor's office building on Monday.
Police say an 84-year-old driver hit her gas pedal instead of the brake, jumped the curb, and crashed into the building on Victory Court.
No one was injured, but witnesses say it could have been a lot worse. "Everybody's OK. Nobody got hit and that's why you call it an accident," says Joe Heglar, of Newburgh
Police say no tickets being issued yet.
