A man was convicted of killing a 26-year-old Middletown man in 2019.

A jury found 42-year-old Sheldon Paul guilty in the death of Sebastian Avilan-Medina.

Prosecutors say Paul arranged the killing after a burglary at Avilan-Medina's home.

He was found shot in the head inside his apartment.

Paul was remanded without bail and faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
