A 58-year-old woman crashed her car into a New Rochelle supermarket Friday, alarming witnesses and leaving a gaping hole in the storefront.
Police say the woman accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake when trying to park her 2015 Infiniti at the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center.
Witnesses say she appeared to only have suffered minor injuries, but that she complained of pain in her knee.
No one else sustained any injuries. The supermarket has been closed for repairs.
