White Plains Hospital is the latest target of a data breach.
An employee working for the billing company Medical Management, LLC allegedly copied personal information including names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers.
Hospital officials released a statement Tuesday saying that the breach was from February 2013 to March 2015. The employee who allegedly copied the sensitive information was fired in March.
The hospital is offering identity theft protection services for anyone who may have been impacted.
